I find that the little things I do for myself are HUGE mood boosters. I think they hold such a powerful boost of energy for me because they are things that are from me. Outward surprises or positive sprinkles are great but the ones from me are a reminder that I spent that time on me. ![]()

Not everyone has any support but they are not alone. Often I have found I have to improvise. I have chosen not to focus on what I don't have but focus on what I do have. I can share a smile with a stranger, make funny faces at my cat, and say a kind word in the mirror when I pass. ![]()
