Here you will find positivity and tips on how to do it in your life.

You can't start a Second Spring without the right soundtrack. 🎵I've curated an international 80s/90s playlist featuring Canadian icons like Alannah Myles and Susan Aglukark, plus global powerhouses like Janet Jackson and Neneh Cherry. Bonus: I've included a "Side of Rage" list for when you just need to clear the air and get things done. Your digital environment reflects your internal mood. If you're feeling "behind," it might just be your algorithm lying to you. I've put together a 4-step guide to a Social Sweep - including why the mute button is self-care and a list of "Late Bloomers" (like Sharon Stone and Vera Wang) who prove the best parts of life happen after 40. There is a version of me from twenty years ago who knew exactly what to do when the world felt too heavy. She’d find a corner, a book, and a way out.Today, I’m listening to her. I’m feeling completely devastated, and the old urge to self-sabotage is knocking loud. But instead of the abyss, I’m choosing the page. Sometimes showing up for yourself means taking a massive step back, doing "nothing," and letting a story hold you while you heal. 📖✨#readmorebooks #readersofinstagram #librarybooks #selflove #heartbroken ... "I should be further along by now." If you were born in the 80s, you probably grew up with Mr. Rogers and Mr. Dressup telling you that you could be anything - but somewhere along the way, that turned into the pressure to do EVERYTHING. Today on the blog, I'm issuing a formal Permission Slip to quit the dreams that have turned into chores. We're performing a Soul Audit and starting a Second Spring that is actually based on who we are NOW, not who we thought we'd be in 1999. It isn't too late; you're finally ready!!Read "The Great Unlearning" at the 🔗in my bio!#newblogpost #TheAudaciousPivot #Millenialmom #TheGreatUnlearning #SpunkySpirit ... See MoreSee Less

It isn't too late; you're finally ready. ✨To my fellow 80s-born-women: The world likes to tell us that by our 40s, the concrete is dry on our lives. I'm spending March proving that's a lie. I'm launching The Audacious Pivot: A Living Roadmap. This isn't a rigid "hustle" schedule - it's a growing index of soul audits, the power of the "Big No," and how to find your Second Spring. I've tucked "Hidden Minis" inside the main posts (think secret 80s/90s playlists and quick soul-hacks) that only the curious will find. Stop waiting for a sign and start trusting your shift. 🔗Check out the roadmap at the link in my bio! ... See MoreSee Less
